HOW WE STARTED

Friends for Paws was established in October 2011 as a 501c3 not for profit by Angie Webster and Kellie Riley-Borgman to rescue cats & dogs

We are a home/foster-based rescue in Pendleton, Indiana. Our main focus is to educate not only our community but the world on being a responsible pet owner, the importance of spaying & neutering, TNR (Trap, Neuter & Return) & adopting from a rescue or shelter.

We operate out of the Town of Pendleton, and assist the Pendleton Police department and residents on rescuing lost, or abandoned animals with-in town limits as well as the southern part of Madison County when we have the availability.   We run strictly on donations and volunteers. We would love for you to follow us on Facebook for our day-to-day functions

Friends for Paws Mission

Friends for Paws mission is to advocate for the well being of animals across our community.

We work to educate on protecting the rights of all animals wild & domestic.

Educate people on the importance of spaying and neutering their animals to help decrease the over-population and needless euthanasia of animals.

We would like to one day live in a world where rescue organizations are not needed.
